Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products and in order to ensure hygienic practices, we do not accept returns on our products.  However, we want to make sure that you are happy with your shopping experience.  If you are unsatisfied with your products, please contact us at info@latheringlotus.com within 72 hours of receipt of your shipment.  We want to see if you are using your products in the best way for your skin and determine eligibility for a refund.  Unfortunately, we can not refund shipping.


Processing and shipping of catalog orders typically occurs within 1-2 business days, longer, usually 3 business days, over weekends or holidays.  If I am on vacation, I will inform you of delayed shipping.  

For custom orders, shipping will occur once the final product is manufactured and in the case of soap, after it has been cured. 

Shipping is currently only to the United States.

Shipping is predominantly with USPS but other sources may be used. Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the products being shipped, unless order is over $75.00, then shipping is free.  Lathering Lotus LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been marked "Delivered" by the carrier.  Packages returned to me as "Undeliverable" will not be reshipped.  In the case of undeliverable items you will be refunded for the cost of the product minus shipping.  Please verify any shipping address, especially if gifting for someone at another address, before placing order.
